New engine? technically(sp?) it bolts on...

Otherwise I would have to say, Exhaust, just because its cheap(if done yourself custom) and nice sounding(on some cars)

Stripping the interior and other weight reduction is a great "bolt-off" mod, REALLY cheap.

headers.i was sure some one would have sad that.
intake,
now since some one sad motor then i would say a twin turbo big block just like the one mike moran is running in his new pro outlaw car its gone 6.20s already on the first couple of shake down runs.
