Is this a good price for this motor? 454

Sure isn't worth that much to me .. has hyperuetectic(sp?) pistons ... still has stock heads, too.
I'm not sure how rare a 454 is nowadays, but I definately wouldn't pay that much money for that engine. You could build a more powerful smallblock for $3750.

I wouldn't buy a motor off e-bay anyway. Think about it. I want to touch, feel, and see my next motor first hand before I spend that kind of money. There's some honest e-bayers, and then there are some shady fuckers waiting for your $3750. Without looking at the auction, I will say hyperujunktic pistons, stock heads, $3750? Nope.

Looks to me like a spray paint rebuild. You can buy a 540 Merlin short block for 4799.00 so why buy that hunk of junk?
