i would just like to know how i caused an accident

 

the guy revs on me at the light then later down the road we both hit it and i pull on him then slow down cuz of the traffic and he keeps flying by like every one does when they lose


plus the truck is the one that brake checked him not me

so i dont see how any of that is my fault

 

wonder what would've happened if you wouldn't have "hit it"...and just ignored him?
so many variables...

 

he probly would have still done the same thing cuz he trying to show off before hand revving at the light

doesnt really matter though thats life cant wonder what may have happened cuz what happened happened no way around it

both guys where alright and turned out to be pretty kool hung out about an hour with them waiting for the FHP

they knew just as good as any one that there was no one person to blame

 

Hey man I don't think it is his fault at all. The guy in the civic has brakes just like anyone else. If someone had brake checked a semi decent driver he probably would have braked as well, and not have tried to cut in and out of traffic. Provoked or not the driver of the civic took actions into his own hands and made the decision to drive like an idiot, therefore how can anyone blame it on the other party.

you gus cant blame him you act like he was in the car pushing the gas peddle If some punk wants to act dumb in his own car on his own time and loose control cause he was acting dumb thats his bad NOT the other drivers !! I raced a kid who reved at me i just ran him up to the speed limit he goty mad and stayed in it running into the backof a mini van !! did i feel bad yeah of course did i blame myself NO i didnt make his dumb ass hit the gas peddle he coulda ignored me ! So stop blaming jay for somthig he couldnt control ! thats like leslie get over it ! Shit happens maybe that kid buys a truck next time and never street races again ! Goid had other plans for him and maybe it wasnt driving a ricy ass Honda Civic Si and thinking its a damn F1 race Car !

Well all this is 100% the other kids fault, the other guy reacted how he shouldnt have with no driving experience. JnLImports slew down for traffic and did not risk his car, his well-being nor others for a punk who thought he would be cool and thinks hes a natural for driving in traffic, im glad that he crashed his car and im glad no one got hurt, he needed a wake up call. I weave in traffic but im not aggressive towards other drivers because you never know what they are going to do. He wasnt experienced to know that, and JnLImports was. Point over. Leslie always seems to not understand stuff so dont worry about it.
I revved at other ppl, a rev can mean a lot of things, but not the OK to screw in traffic and be retarded. If i was a cop, i'de take his ass to jail man, un-experienced drivers, especially ricers and un-experienced street-racers need their driving privilages taken away they are the ones that get ppl killed.
