STOCK times for the SRT-4's are comparable to STOCK anything else..Its never really capable of the good times until you put it in the hands of a good driver.....

I could have said a Skyline, Civic or an NSX but I mentioned a MACH 1 Mustang because you claim da da da da da... about the stock SRT-4 running this for a time as if its impossible to run lower stock..
I mentioned it as a comparison as Vito said... Stock Mach 1's are supposed to cut like 13.5 but that is from whoever for a driver and its not exactly the right time when you put an experienced driver behind the wheel meaning only 1 thing. The stock 13.8 or 13.9 that they are capable of can be lowered with a good driver so basically the stock number you are told is just a good estimate...
