Which buffer/polisher do you use?

Random orbital is random orbital.

All that differs is the quality of your pads, bearings and motor.

I use an old craftsman model. After doing it by hand for years I enjoy the power assist method.

I thought the same thing until I got my Porter Cable. Not all are created equal. Sort of like calling a Porsche just another car...

Well, if I wanted the porsche of polishers I would take the Makita over a Porter Cable.

Then again I am cheap bastard so I prefer to use my hand me down unit instead of blowing almost $200 for a new one.

Just get some 3M machine glaze foam pads. But to tell you the truth, your not gonna get rid of the swirls on a black car.
