Default aftermarket seat ergonomics.... ?

okay, ive always wanted aftermarket seats whether it be recaro/jdm itr, bride ergo, etc. etc. because they hold nicely and add alittle fresh def fly to the interior....but i do ALOT of driving, 20 mins to work 1 way, and 2 hours one way every weekend to see my girlfriend....i think my stock seats are slowly destroying my back....i think i have a pinched nerve to the left of my spine and alittle under the shoulderblade. i am in some pretty serious discomfort..... my question is, would aftermarket seats such as the recaro srd or bride ergo be a better ergonomically designed seat than my stock seats? .....the stocks have decent side bolstering but have a pretty flat seating surface, and the leather on them is cracking out of control anyways (not covered under warranty)

what do you think?
