Default Vehicle to tow 3500lbs routinely

I'm looking for a vehicle under 2500 dollars that would routinely tow a 3500lbs trailer seveeral hours to various track events....

Domestic or Import dosent matter, Just looking for a vehicle I can count on....

whoa I might be interested in that truck

but slash,
you could go with an older heavy duty ford you won't need the DRW package so that will knock down some price
just look on ebay

you can even go with a f150 or even a bronco

whatever you want

or you could go chevy a 1985 k1500 would do you just find a silverado you could pick those up cheap

good luck and hope you enjoy a truck!!

look for a Ford van. they are cheap, as complicated as a box of rocks, and even w/ the 6cyl. would have enough power to tow, esp. down there with all the flat land. may not be the coolest thing but they are great stable tow vehicles and you can keep everything locked up in it, not like in an open pickup bed. most last a min. of 150k miles before any major grief.
