Yeah they jack you on these kits for sure! Although this is a "race" system you can get the street system for a mere $4495.00 With a 60-1Turbo

meh, its still a mullet on wheels! The cost isnt too too much compared to some kits for german cars. FWIW

Looks o.k. but I bet the motor will not last long (even the almighty LS1
Is is going to dial it down for the street ~550 HP but it is his daily driver. I told him he is nuts!

I dunno, if it was me I would have gotten a resleeved LS1 motor or an iron block. Hell you dropped this much why not a few grand more. He has pistion, rods, and head bolts in but, it will be an interesting summer to see if the old LS1 holds together.
