Default CAI and FL, anyone?

I've lived here for about a year now, and I know about the rainy season. But is anyone using a CAI?

AEM makes some sort of bypass that fits in the air path, or at least they did back when I had a Honda.

bryan: don't buy a CAI. save a bit more money and either buy a chip or a downpipe. a CAI is one of the last bolt-ons you'll want to do with your car.

i think it logically makes sense, i just would like to see if any consumer tests have been done to see if it actually does work (like if the valve is open even when the filter is clear and then say you put a plasic bag over the filter if the valve opens, etc... just some basic tests)
