In Japan things like the supra, rx7, silvia are all fairly cheap. In America, well Ford and Chevy are still expensive.
How much could you get a rx-7 for over in japan with dollars?

Sick machines like S14's with RB26DETT's routinely go for 14 or so thousand dollars..

A fully equiped drift S13 can be downwards of 4K with multiple sets of wheels. cage.. everything..

Nice Corolla!

If you can't afford it... lay off the haterade!

Have any of you ever driven a Mercedes?

What are the taxi's in Japan? Toyota, Honda, Nissan? So I guess they are the Buick of Japan then? I don't see anything wrong with that.

Obviously you haven't read any studies done by real research organizations. Just cause a couple people say they like theirs on some website doesn't stand for shit. Now STFU and take your rice mobile somewhere else.

Mercedes are nice cars no doubt, but I prefer Bimmers as they are a little sportier. Nice thing is there's lots of cars, foreign and domestic, to choose from so to each his own.

As for the Edmunds ratings, there are 173 consumer reviews for all 2004 models listed, and the average rating is an 8.75 outta 10. Seems to me the people driving them on a daily basis should have a pretty good idea of what they like or not and we all know people can be brutally honest on the internet. I would consider these to be reasonably accurate because of the # of reviews. The one area I saw a weakness in though was their SUVs. The rest of the lineup was consistently in the 9s while the SUV ratings brought down the average.

Ah well, can't have it all eh?
