Question who does great polishing around here?

I have a spare valve cover I want to get polished to a mirror finish. Is there anyone in tampa who does it for a reasonable price and turn around time? Any help is appreciated. its aluminum.

Well I've heard my mom does a nice polish job. But I've also heard your mom does too! HAHAHA. Oh yeah, sorry...nothing useful to give towards this thread.

suggestion....do a powdercoating of a color you like....if your a neat freak, your going to utterly hate polishing that thing up again and again and again.

im with kenny. not necessarily do u have to have it powdercoated but if u get it polished have it powdercoated clear so u just wipe it off instead of having to repolish.

Yeah, I planned on getting it clear coated after it gets polished. It will match the few other polished things that will be under my hood very soon

OK - I know a long way away - But for polishing - and for good prices I shipped my wheels all the way across the country to this guy -

AL REED POLISHING
3010 E. Coronado #A, Anaheim, CA 92806
(714) 632-3907 Al Reed

Al and Diane Reed are good folks - $300 to polish these four wheels - clear coat if you want - mine are left bare - included the hand painted crests.

These wheels were 16 years old...

At least shipping on a valve cover will be cheaper than 4 wheels.
