Default Body Shop for VW that accepts Progressive Insurance?

Friend of mine just got into a front end collision with his 02 GTI and needs a decent body shop in Tampa/St Pete that will accept Progressive insurance. My only experience with a good body shop is with Gene Perez AutoBody and they won't accept his insurance. Reeves doesn't do body work, and reccommends Gene Perez. Progressive is reccommending that he takes the car to one of their shops (obviously) where they can use whatever parts they would like and keep their cost down. Any ideas? Personal Experience?
