need to pull out a bumper

Default need to pull out a bumper

My bumper on a tacoma got pushed in. I took the black piece on the buttom but the chrome piece is pushed in...

How will i push this out? I need to pull it out here is a picture of one like mine

please help out

yea it is the chrome one... I took the plastic piece

I just wnat to pull it out enough soo it won't rub against the tire.

I am thinking about getting a a strap to it and strap it to the bumper and a tree or something and pull it out

I took the bottom piece. You need some special toyota tools to take the chrome part of.... I can't get that one off but I did get a chain and put it to a poll and tryed to place it back

no luck

chrome bumper =flaked and ugly when pulled !! backup hard !!! it willpull it shit illdriev 2 hours to tampa and do it for you just for fun !!
