I got one for going 10 miles over about 4 years ago. Just curious if cops give out tickets for people speeding under 10 miles.

 

72 in Northdale racing a Civic! Well, cop only clocked me at 63, but still, the speedlimit is all of 35, I was hardly even speeding! Good thing that I assraped the Civic around that windy road, because the cop told us if I didn't have the lead by like 15 cars (And I never saw the cop, which resulted in me hauling ass away when the Civic pulled over and the cop thinking I was running so he called in backup and chased me), he would've impounded both oru cars for racing. Go TPD. Least I think it was TPD, dunno, unmarked Crown Vic. Seriously though, I think he only gave me the $180 ticket because he had to rip his car into a U-Turn and risk his life and the life of other drivers around him to chase me, so he created his own damn problems, right?

11 over but I can't remember if it was a 35, 40 or 45 MPH zone.

The unwritten rule is that 10 over or less is acceptable to cops unless you are in a school zone or they have other issues with you.

 

I know the minimum is 6mph over the limit. Ive only gotten one, though....70 in a 55. I dont know someone who got tagged for 7 or 8 over though by an unmarked camaro.

 

I have a friend who got a ticket going 32 in a 30, but it was in some speedtrap town like Perry, or something.

 

Girlfriend recently was pulled over for going 6 over. Didn't get a ticket for it, but did get a ticket for not having the registration on her, and not changing her license address.

 

I was doing 62 in a 35, but they gave me a ticket for doing like 43, so it was only $58.

 

61 in a 55 , Myrtle Beach and one on the way out 62 in a 55 almost exact same spot , lol my dumb arse did not learn how strict the SS cops are there!
