We have no emissions tests ... I could get into the political aspects of that, but I won't

Cali has strict emissions because of how densely populated it is. Nasty smog out there.

Mountains, vallies and thermal inversion layers are bad at trapping california polution around their cities.

We don't have the same problems due to our being a big flat peninsula.

Thank god my car is almost 20 years old. By the time florida finally has emissions testing my car will hopefully be past the testing age.

Florida already had emissions testing from 1991-2000 in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Duval, Hillsborough, and Pinellas counties. Man I sure don't miss those annoying long ass lines.
