I should clarify, the MX-6 isn't running right now. It was before I tore into it. But it was necessary. Head gasket is bad. Piston rings are bad. It's beyond what I'd pay someone to fix it, I imagine. So I'm attempting it myself. I'll either screw it up and it won't run, or it'll run. Either way, I learn about my car.

I don't like the styling on the 1st gen Probes. But the 2nd gen look good. With the 2.0, I wouldn't worry much about making it fast, just keep it running. I think the n/a 1st and 2nd gen run about the same, and the GT's run about the same. They're still nice cars. Save up, find a GT (:

 

Actually, the FS ***IS*** a terrible motor. It can't rev (rod ratio is UNDER 1.4), doesn't breath worth a damn, and isn't all that strong internally.

 

+.5, It does rev pretty good, and It has some ghetto breather on it and is halfway strong, t talk some shit I think it could run a 15 ish

 

So you don't have a GT? If not you won't run faster than a 17.

 

Wow, I've been quiet on here lately because I'm not a fast car myself, but my god, you're making me sick! Dude, get a grip, you drive an early 90s Ford Probe! I'll run you in my V6 firebird with Flos, slow as all balls for your pink slip, and if I win I will personally drench that PRobe in gasoline and burn it right in front of your eyes! Perhaps, if the gas tank blows out the back and propels it forward, it'll go faster than you've ever seen it go before! 15s from that thing, please, let me buy whatever you're smokin', because it must be one badass high! Your car should race stock CRXs and what not, I mean a Civic would embarress you! There, I've said it, my blood pressure is down, and I'm going to polish the dent in my quarter panel
