my little go kart engine .... noo really when i had it out on my farm out in the middle of nowhere with no echos or anything and when i heard it from about a 1/4 mile away it sounded like music to my ears

At idle, nothing like a big V-8 with lumpy cams. At high rpms NOTHING beats the shriek of the flat 6!
