Anything is possible for enough money. Its a stupid idea, it will cost way more than you think. YOu will never find an SRT-4 engine, and if you do, it will cost tons of $$$ to put it into your car. Why spend all that $$$ on a '95 Neon. You'll never get it back when you sell. Thats retarded.

anything is possible but why? They make a nice turbo kit for your can and you could also swap the Stratus 2.5L motor into yours to then go turbo.

Listen up stupid fuck, anytime you do mods to pretty much any car your going to loose money. So fucking what, he might like his neon and they are cheap cars that can be made pretty quick.

Do alot of research take your time, once you have the money find a good shop that you can trust and let them do all the work.

Agreed for the most part.

However there are two sides to this, not every mod is the best idea under the sun. I mean i knew a kid that wanted to turbo his stock honda civic motor that had 75 hp.

Could you swap in an SRT-4 motor? Yes. For the price of the motor and the work to have it done could you almost buy an SRT? Probably.

Cost wise its not really the greatest of swaps (other than maybe insurance). But its a badass little motor. Car and Drive dyno tested the new SRT-4 stock and they said they got 227hp ... at the wheels.

Possible, but I would imagine the engine wouldn't be that easy to get.
And will cost alot if you do find one.

First of all its not going to cost me $21,000 to do a motor swap. And I am goin to order a brand new motor, trans and computer from dodge for about $6000 and for someone to install will be about $1900. But the price don't matter to me. And I don't care if I don't get my money back I don't plan on sellin it anytime soon. In my opinion I will be running low 13's all motor in a normal body neon. How many of those do you see a day??
