help
I used to detail cars and run a detail shop, taught myself everthing and I'm very good at it.What I can tell you would be to find a dealership that has a detail shop,go fill out a app and tell the manager that you want to learn.Just a part time job if you want, you won't be detailng to much more like washing and waxing but get with a detailer and tell him you want to learn.Just an option, plus you'll make some extra cash while learning.

What do you need to know...its fairly simple...alot of professional wax jobs come down not only to the detailer but to their equipment. But if your looking to just do it for yourself...theres a pretty cheap method to accomplish a glass-like shine.
