I know this might be a thread with alot of response(as it did in tbdsm)I have a 90 fwd tsi and plan to go low 12's on 2g's including the car.Btw i will use juice and full interior,glass,and streetable.Now post all disbelievers.

 

Anything is possible you have left to many variables , the car could be modded already and being gave to you, details! what it has what your doing would help!

 

So far heres what i have spent:
car with 3k gt tt fuel pump $100
j-spec 92+tranny $100
6 bolt engine with blown head gasket$150(came with my laser parts car)
ecu$0


I plan head gasket,injectors,head bolts,s16g turbo,wet nitrous kit,drivetrain(clutch,lsd)and a crapload of tuning.Btw i work at discount auto so parts will be cheaper than most.say it cant be done!

sure it can be done, just depends on the deals he gets, but very possible, even on a stock 14b turbo.

Lets say you do it. How safe will it be. 12's is moving. You cant build a car thats safe and done right for that kind of money but have fun. I have a friend with his grandmas buick road master. He spent $300 on a Nos kit and floated all the way down the track for a 13.4. Funny but what are you trying to prove?

 

dont know what he wants to prove but i know its possible, hell theres a guy that spent $950 bucks on his evo and runs 11's on pump gas. 11.86@114.91. his mods are $170 down pipe, $250 s-afc, $80 air filter, $450 nx wet kit (set @ 75 shot), and removed pill now run 19psi to redline(free mod), on pump gas. with stock cat-back. yes he runs juice, how long it will last, i dont know, but then again anything is possible. just keep us updated theebluecrx.
