Help me

Alright, here is the deal..................
My Goal is to look almost stock, while getting a little performance. my stock muffler is rusting and the tips are worthless and rattle.

For Christmas I am getting the following...

***(1) Magnaflow 12258 Aluminized Steel Muffler which I will paint dark grey/black like on Toyota Vechicles.

***(2) Magnaflow 35122 Double-Walled Tips welded on the muffler.

***(1) Magnaflow 10426 Resonator

Now...where can I find the cheapest place to buy these either around town or on the internet? Thanks for the help.

Nothing on ebay really...

Also, how many inch resonator should I get? 14"...18"...or 22".
I dont want a loud car at all, just something with a little rumble above stock... VERY LITTLE INTERIOR NOISE IF ANY. Take into consideration I have a test pipe and no Cat.
