wow, i always buy fram from walmart. always thought that they are good. Thanks for the heads up people. would switching from fram to purolator be good?

what kind of oil filter do you guys recommend for an integra and an rx7 anyway?

I think autozone carries them too. Mobil 1 filters are probably some of the best you can buy. But I stil with motocraft, I think in that test or some other test, they said all it was, was the high end Purolator but cheaper.

The most important thing is acutally just changing your oil when you are supposed too. I wouldnt go K&N myself anyway. Lots of money that really wont do much over anything else

I like the K&N's, they have a bolt head welded to them so you can put a socket on them to take them off. They do cost more, but they are filtering the oil that lubricates your engine. Oil & Filters are not something to be cheap on if you want to keep it for a while.
