Yup, Steve finally had some corner weighting scales when I went there last month.

how do you think they did it before computerized alingment machines?

Thats how they did it. Thats how many autoxer's do it. its very easy and anybody who has worked on cars at all could do it VERY accuratly.

But as he stated, he has some adjustable stuffs, in which case it would probably be good to take it to a shop.

Personaly, I thought it was funny every time someone came in who knew about cars to get an alignment when they could do it themselves.

The very best was when the sales man would sell them a 4 wheel align, when there was a solid rear axle, hahaha.

Anybody who takes there car to Tire kingdom is only going to get the toe in set. 90% of the poeople that work at TK dotn know how to do anything else but the toe.

But yeah, if both measurements on either side of the tire are exactly the same it will be VERY accurate.

i guess I am assuming that most people can use a tape measure...

If you can put some tires on that are the same size as your wheels, but not 18" our electronic guides only go up to 17". I can hook you up with a 4-wheel alignment at my school between 8am and 1pm for 20$ (school charge) or for free if my teacher lets me bring you in as a "friend". I'm not going to do everyones', I just want to see a decent wrx My schools' out in lakeland though....

Is Cars & Concepts a place specializing in European cars, but also work on other makes? Located in a not-so-great area about 5 minutes from RJ Stadium?

If I'm not mistaken I believe that's where I had my camber kit installed, they were really nice people & did excellent work. I'd recommend them to do whatever work necessary to your car.

Thanks! Nice title as well. :o

EsCoRtLvR - Thanks for the offer, but there are not many 17" wheels that will fit over my brakes and I do not know anyone who has a set that will. My WRX is hardly decent anyway.

bdeitemeyer - That is a sharp looking Accord bro. Nicely done.
