Default Buy cheap rims get a cheap product...

I just recently picked up a set of Rota rims for everyday driving and noticed a slow leak in one of the wheels. Well today I got around to checking it out. I grabbed a repair kit, some dishwashing liquid, and set out to find the leak. Well I couldn't find jack. No leaks from the tread area. No leaks from the valve stem. No leaks from the lip. What the hell? I gave up and took the tire out back, and threw it in the pool. Well...I found the leak. It's in the damn rim itself. Ahhh the joys of a cast rim over a forged one. Just friggin' great.

I would contact Rota assuming the wheel isn't damaged otherwise. They have been very good with standing behind their questionable products.

Um...no.
It's a casting flaw, not a mounting issue.
