Here's a picture of a picture of my old '73 Javelin. I loved driving that thing around and the only reason I got rid of it was the gas mileage. I was in high school at the time and didnt really have a steady job to pay for gas with. Man, that 360 sounded mean. Now I wish I had it back.

well, it had no ac. so hot days where even hotter in the car, the breaks sucked they where 4 wheel drum, it had a pritty high stall in it so it lurched from a stop, not fun in traffic. the heater sucked so really cold days where not really warm in the car,
it was really loud, tho sounded nice and it really sucked driving in the rain hard core. and it handeled like ass.

but on on a cool day, with no traffic it was a great car to cruse around in, or go to the track in, or go to a car show in. just not a good daily driver. thats what i had the supra for.

I drove around in '69 Mach I's for several years. (see my gallery for the latest one) The old cars are very cool but they suck as driving machines. Handling sucks, brakes suck, comfort sucks, mileage sucks. There's something you can do about all of them but be advised, you will be doing it just because you love the car. You will be pissing away money. Don't even go into this thinking that you are making an investment. Not gonna happen.

I own a 72 Mustang (note link in signature) that I used to drive everyday back in the highschool days...I used to love driving that thing, and still do..there's nothing better than when atleast 3 people per week ask to buy your car cuse it's so damn unique/nice..prob is those old muscle cars are $$$$$ sluts...unless this car you're looking at is pretty much 100% restored, you're gonna haveto fix a lot of stuff....I had to pore money into anything from brake lines blowing out to timing chains breaking and ruining the whole top end of the motor...bout $10,000 later and a new pissed off 351W sitting under the hood I don't haveto worry about that anymore, but be prepared to spend some cash........
