www.carfax.com but i doubt any place will get you that for free.

yea they work...

but why dont you just look at the vehicle you got to look real closely.

1. Notice if any paint is mismatched
2. Notice if any stickers or barcodes are on parts (I found several vehicles like these espically look in the grille for front fascial damage)
3.look at anything and see if anything is bent.
4.look at how the car is sitting sometimes they try to fix it by deflating tires or such.
5.listen how the engine runs and if it smokes or not

thanks guys I got 3 people to help me out and the car had odometer fruad ! I am quite shocked .. it pisses me off though but i don't think the dealer i am buying it from even knows because it shows it rolling back mils ago .... THANKS

Besides, carfax only shows mostly owner history and odometer history. Unless the vehicle in question was "totalled" and or "theft recovery" most average accidents that somebody has had aren't reported. Only the ones that required the title status to be changed in someway. I work buying salaveg type vehicle from insurance auctions so i see it all the time.
