I am not saying whether or not it is worth it, and yes, I did read what mods are in it, but I seriously doubt he will get $18,900 for a turbo Civic with alomst 100k miles.

He'll get that amount. He just has to wait for the right buyer..

I've been offered $15k for my car and it is a 92'! - but it is not for sale..

He has a clean ass civic and there is a buyer out there for every car.

will a bank loan someone that much money? I dont think they will loan someone 19 grand for a civic with 90k on the odometer.
