Do you guys think that Integras, civics, 240sx's etc will become collectable some day like the 60's era muscle cars are? If so which make and model do you think will be the most popular. I think that the integra may someday become collectable like the mustang because it is so popular to modify, also the supra.

only cars that have a limited production are the one's you'll find being restored years from now.

i was just talking about this last wed with a coworker.... they might be collectables to some ppl, but what are some imports that have actually raised in price because of low numbers or popularity ? none that we could think of. every import has depreciated in value. unlike older muscle cars. I think that so many new "imports" are coming out that most ppl will forget about the past. and they will basically become memories to those who once owned them .

the value of a few cars might go up. but it wont be for another 20 years when they are hard to find in good shape.

It's all about suply and demand. I don't think integras will be rare any time soon.

Nope. There are some limited production imports that might make it. Some so obscure that they might not make it just from being too rare. I don't plan on getting rid of my laser any time soon, but I don't plan on it ever becoming a "collectible".

Wow I was just talking about this to a friend of mine about this yesterday. I wanna know if people are going to restore them the same way some people like to restore old hot rods where they are modified the same way they were back then so in fifty years is there going be people showing "classic cars" with APC stickers, clear tail lights, neons, and big wings on the cars? I think it will be like it is now I cant think of one car 30yrs or older that someone somewhere hasnt restored. The cars that are popular now will some day be very sought after as a collectable.

CRX's will become collectable cars. Buy mine, while it lasts, for a low low no-haggle price of 25,000 dollars. Collectors, take note!
