Recently, within the past few weeks, I've seen TONS of cars with a barcode sticker on their windows. What the fuck is this? Fast cars, slow cars, expensive/cheap, etc etc etc. Every car and any car. Am I missing something? Is there some car check out place or what? It's not a small sticker either, it's fairly big. Anyone have ANY idea what this is? The best logical thing I could think of was that a small dealership was using it to keep track of their inventory and the customer's never peeled them off?

 

Its for communities and business buildings, they get scanned as they go in and out

Sunpass is a little white box you keep inside the car that you velcro to the windshield.

Ha, yeah Tom. First time I saw one it was on a 240 and I thought it must have to do with SS. Then I saw them on like an Escort LE from 1980 and some brand new Lexus so I threw that idea out.

 

how big do they have to be? and would the SS windshield banner interfere with the system!!!?!??!

 

no it wouldn't interfer, usually you have the barcode on the side of your car.
