Well, we've all seen at least one car with "spinnahz" by now, and personally, I thought it was a pretty funny joke on the people that bought them, with the punchline being their ridiculous cost. But there seems to be another breed, a type of spinner rim that doesn't spin. When I first saw this vid I thought they were just spinner rims that had broken somehow, but now it seems that this wasn't an isolated case.

I saw those a while back and those get a hella lot more double take than the regular spinners...

It's like floating. I think i would take those over spinners If I HAD to get ghetto rims

 

Yeah, I actually prefer them to the originals. I think it's a more interesting effect.
