Default Airbag Install

Was just wondering if anybody knew of a place i could airbags, safety ones not suspenion, installed besides the dealership. I need the driver, passenger and modulator installed and the dealership told me it would be almost $400 bucks and was wondering if anybody knew of another place that might be cheaper. Also, i was thinking about taking my spoiler off and was wondering if it would be expensive or not to patch up the holes left over from it or if anybody knew of a cheap place i could get it done at. Thanks.

I also have a stack of $20 bills in front of me, therefore 20>50 and 20>100 and 20>1000. $20 bill FTW.
