Default adapter plate?

I was wondering if it was possible to get a MAF adapter plate for my tacoma, for the installation of my custom intake

heres a picture of what i need:

I know i could get a plate if i were to order a full package, but is there anyway i could just get the plate, or perhaps make one?

thanks :-o

Looks pretty damned simple. Plate, hole, pipe.
Just find out the specs and then take it to a local metalshop and have someone weld it together.
