My F250 Turbo diesel gets about 18 mpg on the highway and about 16 in the city...but I have some mods done to it, and it is 4wd, so a bit more heavy. Also do not trust the digital mileage readout on the upper console on the newer trucks, it is not accurate, the correct and only way is to do the manual method of recording miles to gallons burned.
