Most people I know including myself think of a "rice burner" as small displacement cars like most 4cyl. However a ricer IMO is someone who tailgates and passes in the emergency lane also any car that looks like it belongs in a cartoon is "rice".

when the 2gb (97-99) eclipse gst/gsx was wind tunnel tested
