RX-8's Are here!!!!
We got two rx-8s today, both 6speeds 250hp. One Red and One Silver. The owner has all ready snatched the silver one, but we have the red on here on our lot.
I give it two thumbs up. The navigation is Awesome.

Or are they moving up in the world?
I dont kno much about rotaries but I know they are or used to be really small with no cylinders nor pistons and or valves.
Are they still running on the same setup exactly or has there been some nice changes?

You must take every post from me as a direct insult to someone or some shit.
I ask because I do not know.
Without searching the web and or trying to leave this website and learn somewhere,I ask here .....
They might be a little bit bigger compared to the earlier models.Look at the 94-95 5.0, it went to a 4.6 modular motor in 96 and its huge compared to the 5 litre.Obvious reasons but they could have changed some shit with the rotary to

i was just tellin ya to educate thyself on why the rotary is so small, as i stated before, settle down....and the modular motor is huge compared to the 5 liter probably due to the larger heads involved to make an OHC setup work....

yeah they changed the ports on the new rotary so it's much betta. they're both on the side housings which eliminated all the overlap from the old engine (that made the BAPBAPBAP sound. also since there's no overlap, exhaust isnt mixing into the fresh charge and fucking it all up and making it have to run super-rich just to fire so hopefully it'll be better on gas as well. and though they call it a 1.3 liter motor. .. . it isnt. i'll avoid the long drawn out explanation but if you use the same math thats used to find piston-engines' displacement then it's actually closer to a 2.6 liter engine.

isn't it something like the displacement of one combustion chamber, then figured that theres two rotors, or some weird shit like that, im prolly off by miles, but i gave it a shot
