I didn't use any for that particular shot. I have the ND filter I use here and there but it was dark enough to not use the filter this time around.

So its a ND fliter that makes it Blurry like that?

nd filters cause you to lose stop's depending on the darkness of the filter..

basically you can use a longer shutter speed with an ND filter on than without one.. so you can do 'rig shots' during the day... (otherwise you can't get it to slow down enough to blur the background or capture the wheels in motion)
