Walking towards my car I notice something odd about my rear bumper. Upon closer inspection I find some asshole has once again backed into my car, this time leaving a nice 6-8inch long crease. Granted it doesn't look horrible, but its the whole principle of the thing. How can someone hit another car in a parking lot and NOT at least leave a note or hang around until I get back?

This is the second fucking time this has happened, the first time was about a week after I took delivery of the car. After dealing with key marks and a break in on my previous cars...I'm really starting to wonder if there is really a point in driving a nice car that isn't a complete pile of shit.

i always try to park in BFE sections of parking lots to keep from getting doored...........

 

That is what I do I would rather walk alittle further than to see that someone had hit my car. Maybe it was a soccer mom in her Ford Excessive SUV who could not see or feel your car when she hit it cause she was driving her Jacked-UP 2ton Stationwagon.(I have seen this happen before)sorry but I hate SUVs.

was at walmart a couple weeks back, pulled in with my wife and child just in time to watch some ol' lady in a big ol' caddy not quite make the turn and drag her bumper along a fairly new Ford Ranger.. She then stopped, looked around and proceeded to start to back up. I got her to stop and ask where she was going, while she responded, "oh i was going to find a place to park so I could come back and wait for the owner". I asked "what is wrong with the spot you were attempting to pull into?
Then some other lady comes up and says "there's no damage, just some marks, look they come right off".. I was like " Is this your truck? No? Well then who gives you the right to decide what is acceptable?"
People amaze me..
THis type of thing has happened to me too much for me to stand by and not do anything, i've been lucky and have had people actually bring the person who hit my vehicle (and did quite a bit of damage) in to the restraunt I was in and page "the owner of the blue truck" over the intercom...

in high school i had this girl hit my car and drive off......... luckily my friend got her tag #..........

no big damage i didnt even claim it or anything......... it was just the principle

 

It's kinda sad. The people who usually hit your car drive a piece of junk anyway, and thus lack any respect for your car or concern for that matter. Some ppl are just ignorant.

 

My girl had her Lightning backed into at work - same shit. Was only a few hundred bucks to get fixed....people are retarded. Karma is nice though - they'll get it back.
