Well I have seen stock E7's (85,87-95) ported with stock valves to flow 219/170........which from what I hear is nothing close to LS1 heads. But that 219/170 is a HUGE difference from basic stock.

Hey vince, these are stock ported heads right here. A company does them and ships them to your door for 600 bucks flat rate. www.thumperoforangepark.com Not to bad of a deal. So you can ride around and say I have stock heads.

Stock 4v Cobra heads flow in the 250 range. I have seen as high as 310-320 ported 4v Cobra heads with aftermarket valves. I can not think of exhaust flow numbers off the top of my head though.....

It seems Ford heads flow just as good as our heads.. My current heads Stage I heads only flow 280cfm. Stage II's go from 300 to 310cfm. This is right at .600 lift.. I personally look at what the heads flow from .200 to .550. That tells me how well I am pulling away from someone..

Why not go there? I've got a set, full TEA port job and they flow 320+. I made over 500rwhp with them NA, and I know people that have run 8's with them?
