Got word that I officially got a job. I'll be working through a contractor for Nokia doing 2nd level support for email, web browsing, and all the cool features on Nokia handsets. It pays decent, and should allow me to go back to school. My wife also got a pretty decent paying job and we found out our mortgage is gonna be a couple hundred bucks a month cheaper than we thought so I'm pretty happy Now if I can just get my car running I'll be fricking ecstatic. I'm really debating selling the Electromotive and buying an AEM EMS. That system is truly BADASS!!!!!!

 

Glad to see things are working out. Now before you know it there will be a couple turboed Fox bodies running around here.

 

yeah, I hope so. On one hand, I'd love to keep up with everyone around here, but on the other hand, tracks are closing and street racing is the new hate crime so I'm not quite sure what good a fast car will be

 

This is true because taxes are done in arrears in Florida. In other words you are always paying last years assesment. Just make sure your mortgage compnay is figuring your taxes on improved land with dwelling and not just the old vacant land. Otherwise you will have a rude awakeing next year.

 

On the tax thing, they estimated $1500 for taxes. Not sure how close it will be, but its close enough to not make a huge difference. Thanks for the well wishes guys, I'm pretty excited.
