Oh yeah, I walked through one of your builders homes. Panda builds a very nice home. Lots of nice, custom touches. Definately a step above the slap'em out tract house we bought in Meadowpoint.

We did alot of research on all the builders that build on your lot. Nobody could touch Panda's price. It also didn't hurt that the owner is a friend of a friend of mine who is well respected in the building community. We were a bit leery because it seemed like their price was "too good to be true" but we looked in a bunch of homes still under construction and everything looked fine. Plus since then they've jacked their prices up to match everyone else anyway so I feel better
