See, I told you there wasn't anything wrong with the color of your valves. Every once in a while I get things right.

So basically I had no valve seals in place which has probably worn the valve guides. He did say the color of the valves were fine and did not see any other problems.

Now they are getting ready to go get all shiny for the new combo.

same thing happend to the engine out of my old 88 except they ended up at the bottom of the oil pan...whoever rebuilt that engine did a terrible terrible job...the whole thing was total junk
