First Ticket :)

First ticket was a careless driving, 90 bux. I changed 2 lanes at once. What an assy ticket, it was around 1:50am no cars out either. Sucks ass. cya

Being your first ticket if you elect to take it to court and plead no contest the judge will ussually dismiss it and withhold judication. Then all you will have to pay is court cost which is normally the price on the ticket or less but u will not receive points.

Tell the judge you droped a drink in your lap and thats why you pulled two lanes , hot coffee and you gimmick no longer works , he'll feel bad for ya!

Yeah take it to court. Court fees for me were only like $40 so it will save you money and no points.

Take it to court! Odds are that the officer won't show up. Also, it gives you like 4monthes before you have to pay it. The way the court system backed up you won't get your 1st apperance for like 2-3monthes.
Plead Not Guilty, its the only way you can get it completely thrown out at to peading No Contest were you are admiting guilt.
