Went to the dyno tonight for some fine tunning and.....
the survey says........
Down 27 rwhp. !
Only change from last time was different heat range spark plug and much cooler weather. I imagine the weather plays a factor but not almost 30 at the wheels !
A big thanks to Sam @ Coastal for getting me in on short notice and letting me make 7 pulls.
Now back to the garage for a plug change.
And to think I was shooting for 11's now I will be lucky to get 12.50's.

What did you gap your plugs at? last time.. and this time? believe it or not u can get up to 15 horses just by playing with gappage (sp) is that even a word? lol
Also i thought cooler weather= better atomization of fuel wich = better performance?

No doubt the weather is a big factor but I can not believe 30 r.w.h.p..
I actually changed the gap in the plus between dyno runs and it only netted 2 r.w.h.p.. I went from .45 to .52 gap.
These slightly hotter plugs that I tired must be to much. Back to the colder ones tomorrow.

well Try around 20... i know sounds crazy, but a guy we used to race with told me bout it, never dynod anything but u can tell a lil bit off diff he sets his at 15... but then again thats a full blown race car, and plugs arnt ment to last but a couple races anyway...
