Default nore more *when i get DR's* excuses ;)

the 555Rs are on..hehe.. so far.. cant feel a whole lot of diff (i only drove half a mile)... but def feels more planted at the rear end

cant wait to try em on the track !

had a good look under the car while i was there.. saw where UCA and LCAs go.. i think some of them are in my future.. anyone have any tips/advice on suspension thats good for both drag and street .. that wont make the car feel any worse in the twisties ?.. looking for a good compromise between all 3 here..

decided that after the chip/4:30's/pro chamber.. no more power mods until i can hit some respecable times with the MPh i already have..

thinking of tubular K member - bump steer - coil over and a arms for the front.. can get them in whole kits.. the D&D Motor sports ones look really nicce.. and then UCAs, LCAs, pan hard, , coil overs and stiffer rear sway bar to go in the rear..

any advice ?

Thumbs up

I really liked my HPM Mega Bite Jr upper and lower control arms. The uppers were non-adjustable, and the lowers had two adjustments: hook and dead hook.

Realize that just about any decently built control arm is going to be 100 times better than the flimsy stock units. Look into Griggs to eliminate the need for those pesky upper control arms.

i'd do UCA's and LCA's first... and if that doesnt do the trick go for the rest of the stuff......

any true "drag" setup you do is going to hurt the streetablilty and cornering capablilities...

maybe look into a nice set of fully adjustable shocks after the arms .... my .02

You will need to super heat them at the track one time to get the chemicals out of them that they use to keep the tire soft while they are for sale or in storage. Kind of like seasoning new pads and rotors for the first time.

Good move getting more grip before more power.
