i was packin up my room and i found this pic of my first car...it was a 1977 LTD II, had a 302 in it..car was slow as all balls..but man could that thing ride out, i remember the good old days of packin 9 people up in there and just going party to party. when i first got it, it was powder blue..but a few months later i got it painted dark blue. i bought it with 85k original miles on it..i paid $500 for it, my original intentions were ghetto..ya know..wire rims...hydrolics...system..the ususal gay stuff every 16 year old ghetto kid wants. but i couldnt afford any of that, so i bought hub caps . a few weeks after i got it painted some slut keyed it but i still rode that car out so hard..never got the scratches fixed. then i got into the gay rice scene..i got rid of it so i could get a CRX...now looking back upon that...that was prolly the worst mistake ive ever made. i want that car back so badly. it makes me sad just to look at the pic, cuz i had so much fun, i dont think anyone could ever realize it. i got in so much trouble with that car, that i couldnt drive thru tarpon springs at night time without getting pulled over, cause EVERY cop in tarpon knew it was a 16 yr old kid driving it, thats one of the main reasons i got it painted dark blue. sure was a good car...when i finally got rid of it..she had 120k on it and was still going. just thought id share my first car experience with some of you ford guys.
