Default Low mph can still get you a nice e.t.

Saw some strange time slips at BMP on Sat. This guy had a 2000 mustang that he bought wrecked. He put in a 03 maruader engine yes maruader engine in it along with a Lentech AOD. Complete tubular front end and complete drag suspension. He ran a 12.40's at 102 mph :o . He was cutting some nasty 1.5 sixty foot times. He built the car to bracket race. It ran the same time 3-4 times. So for all you guys with low mph if you cut a good sixty foot time look what can happen.

Jim.

exactly, the same reason i'm running high 14's @97 lately... lack of traction...... if i could pull a 60' to save my life after those lowering springs i could run low 14's like i used to....

Steve Barton is the guy that owns the car you are talking about. He just got it together to run in the FFW Mod Motor class. He might have some issues with the stall converter he has. A lot of slippage will also cause your MPH to be off.
