Too me, A Paint job (even one like that) doesn't declare a car rice... he would be rice if he had a giant fart pipe coming off the back, and a giant wing.. kind of looks like a cop car??

Well, think if you were doing 95 down I-75 in that and passed a trooper, he will think you are the popo and leave you alone. kinda smart in that respect, although it is ugly it does function.
It is a funny thing to watch a cop running radar and have it flash 25-30 over the limit, and then see that the car he is clocking is a cop

he could be one of theos people who make their cars look like cop cars to try to scare people...... i see those cars all the time and i always brake check or cut those fags off.
