Default New V6 Intake

The mother of all 3.8 manifolds started out as one of my crazy ideas I had no way of building so I contacted Tom Y. at Super Six for some info and design ideas. Together we came up with a design and I constructed a 3d model to exact specs in AutoCAD.

From there I put together a nice set of plans and we started hunting for a fabricator to build it. The fabricator uses CNC machining to create a perfect fit intake spacer which our box sits on top of.

The intake includes a throttle body mount for 5.0 style 60-70mm throttle bodies. No major testing has been done yet via. track and dyno but tests on an n/a car show no streetability loss and decent gains in power. On a supercharged car this intake should help alot. I hope to dyno test it soon.

This intake is only reccomended for highly modified cars. Also your EGR system will need to be deleted, who needs that anyway . Once Once some more testing is done and we get some more free time we will start on a 99+ design. Also keep an eye out for some nice sheetmetal valve covers coming soon from Super Six Motorsports.

I havnt seen any flow numbers on it yet but ill let you know when i find some. I think the 99+ Intake will be more difficult due it being splitport. We shall see. But if the 99+ Intake swap to a 94-98 will add 40hp, im sure the new intake will make it even better.
