can drag racing and autox get along??
the answer is YES THEY CAN, for all of you that are wondering what i am talking about, i am talkin about pro solo. that is right SCCA pro solo is comin to ft. meyers. for those of you that still dont know what the heck im talkin about check this out http://www.gulfcoastautocrossers.com...johntaylor.mpg It starts with a christmas tree and they drag for a good straight bit then the course splits into 2 mirror image courses, and you race the other guy to the finish. i wanna see all you drag guys that have had a slight urge to try to expand your driving to more than just straight line. c'mon scott ya know you want to LOL. well that is what myself and at least 3 others from the area are doin this weekend, and I just wanted to let you guys know about it, maybe if nothin else you'll come down and watch and cheer for the lil white LS

All the SCCA guys say it's one of the fastest setups anywhere, partially due to it's size.

I bought a syclone engine from Jack. Where you there when I picked the engine up from him at bradenton?
What day is the autoX? and what time does it start? I'd like to go watch but I don't have much time this weekend and i want to see if i can squeeze it in..

I actually think it would be a blast, but I'm going to be in Ft. Lauderdale looking at naked women all weekend. Will there be another one in the next month or so?
