help installing tach
im trying to install a tach on my 96 ford countor 2.0L 4-cylinder and i tried hooking it up today and i got it to idle but when i revved it it seemed to redline at 2000 RPMs, im not sure what i did wrong so if someone would help me anything would be appreciated thanks.

Well usually the only 2 things that can go wrong on a tach install are:
1) You didn't cut the 2 wires on the tach to set it to 4cyl.
2) You didn't buy the tach adapter that is required for some cars (usually imports but could definitely see this needing one).
